1. Agreement
By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
2. The service
Benwer Cars is software for car rental operators, including admin tools, marketplace listings, and booking websites. Features may change as the product improves. We aim for high availability and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for keeping fleet and pricing data accurate.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are described on the pricing page and at checkout. The amount is shown in euros before you pay. Stripe processes the charge. Fees are billed in advance for each period and are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
5. Your responsibilities
Do not use the service unlawfully, publish false availability or prices, try to access another customer's data, or resell the service except where these terms allow it. You remain responsible for your rental contracts, insurance, taxes, and compliance with transport and consumer law.
6. Marketplace
A marketplace listing does not guarantee bookings. We may moderate listings or suspend accounts that harm customers or the marketplace.
7. Intellectual property
The provider keeps the platform, the software, and the distinctive signs. You keep your business data and your brand. You grant the licence needed to host and display that content in order to run the service.
8. Liability
The service is provided under Spanish law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow us to remove, including consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the platform.
10. Governing law
Spanish law governs these terms. The courts of Málaga have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
